GIVING THANKS, A WARM CALIFORNIA THANKSGIVING WISH!

IndianDinner12Mother Nature has given Californians weather in the 80′s for Thanksgiving. We truly wish in the spirit of giving, we could share some of this warmth with the East Coast. What we can share is this sun kissed photo shoot, featuring the amazing shots form Kristina Lee Photography, next to this “to die for” vintage trailer and location she scouted. We designed the shoot around the gorgeous “Dream Catcher Menu and Feather Escort Card” created by Paper Crew. The natural linens added more texture to our design and we love the pop of the turquoise. Thank You, Linen Savvy. We want to give thanks to everyone that we have worked for or with this year! Our clients, “All of your celebrations have brought joy and warmth to our hearts”. We are so thankful for the amazing talented wedding and event industry friends that surround us everyday! We give thanks to our family, friends, clients and peers and wish you and yours a Happy Thanksgiving!

“DAY OF THE DEAD” THEMED SWEETS TABLE

DayoftheDead11
So we are almost caught up with our holidays! LOL…..We had a fun day with Kristina Lee Photography shooting our sweets table for a Dia De Los Muertos themed wedding.
We love the cake topper from the Museum of Latin American Art on the black cake from Sweet and Saucy Shop ( also all the tiny morsels) The dessert labels from Paper Crew added the finishing touch to the theme. The artwork was our inspiration and the backdrop for our table. Big shout out to Hotel Maya for letting us invade their lobby! DayoftheDead22DayoftheDead20DayoftheDead15DayoftheDead17DayoftheDead16DayoftheDead9DayoftheDead5

AMAZING WORLD CUP THEME WEDDING: Part Two

STUDIO_EMP_3975 The idea of “World Cup” being followed so religiously was why Sara Holland from At Your Door Events, poured her heart into this project and why I designed the candy station to resemble an altar. We wanted the feeling to be true to the fans and the love that the couple would have for each other.STUDIO_EMP_4018STUDIO_EMP_4004STUDIO_EMP_4027STUDIO_EMP_4020STUDIO_EMP_4029STUDIO_EMP_4021STUDIO_EMP_4031STUDIO_EMP_4015

AMAZING WORLD CUP THEME WEDDING: Part 1

STUDIO_EMP_3448
So we know we are a little late with this post but wedding season took over for a while and we need to show this amazing photo shoot in two parts. We were so lucky to style two different areas of the shoot and Studio EMP photos were crazy beautiful. Sara Holland from At Your Door Events out did herself with the concept, design and coordination for the stunning results of this incredible day! Part 1 is our styled dessert table with different countries represented throughout. With talented vendors Paper Crew, Found Rentals, Great Dane Bakery, Posh Peony, Flawless Faces and the over the top StubHub CenterSTUDIO_EMP_3667STUDIO_EMP_3650STUDIO_EMP_3659STUDIO_EMP_3655STUDIO_EMP_3653STUDIO_EMP_3661STUDIO_EMP_3682STUDIO_EMP_3680STUDIO_EMP_3670 We can’t wait for the next “World Cup”!

CINCO DE MAYO

Our Cinco De Mayo themed photoshoot at The Museum of Latin American Art this past May was just beautiful! The colors were bold and vivid, making it fun for us here at Two’s A Party to be apart of. Niloufar of Perfectly Made Weddings got the inspiration for this shoot and we provided the confection styling and buffet of course. As always Krista Mason did a beautiful job taking these images and capturing all our goodies for us. Cristina Cruz of The Events Boutique provided us with the flowers for our cake and set up, aren’t they just darling? We at Two’s A Party LOVE themed events, have one in mind? Let us have a crack at it.

THE PENINSULA BEVERLY HILLS HOTEL MINI SHOOT

Glow Concepts Fine Linens was so gracious in letting us use their stunning backdrop and linens for a small shoot photographed by Kristina Lee Photography that will be used for our ad in The Peninsula Beverly Hills Magazine. The colors transition perfectly into the hotel’s decor. We snatched the chance to use our new custom made risers. (Kim is so fortunate to have a talented father-in-law) Also we are excited to announce that we are working with a chocolatier, Tracee’s Wicked Treats, who’s chocolates are featured in these shots. Again, we are so excited to be a part of this opportunity but we always have time to lend a hand with your event!

SHABBY CHIC BABY SHOWER

rsz_kathleen122

How perfect is this shabby chic baby shower? We got together to celebrate one of our close friend’s sister’s baby shower. These wonderful images were taken by one of our favorite photographers, Lauren of Lauren Avila Photography. The setting was the Shenandoah Cafe in Los Alamitos and it was the perfect fit for the look that we were hoping to accomplish. Of course the yummy dessert and candy buffets was styled and brought to the shower by yours truly, us at Two’s A Party. Rossmoore Pastries helped us by providing the delicious cupcakes and other desserts shown on our table. All the flower arrangements were done by Wen Floral, aren’t those colors to die for?! As always, Glow Concepts provided the beautiful linens you see on the tables. We hope you enjoy this beautiful set up that we are very proud of. As always, don’t forget to contact us with any questions or inquiries on how we can help and be apart of any of your big events. Have a sweet filled day!
